Located ski-in-ski-out directly on the Olympic slope of Bellevarde "Olympic Games of 1992", facing south-west and enjoying a privileged view of the ski area; this new chalet of 450m² will seduce you with its high-end services and its hotel service throughout your stay.
Upon arrival, on the 4th floor, you will find a ski room as well as the stairs and elevator that serve all floors of this exceptional chalet.

The third floor consists of a splendid double living room entirely wooded and decorated with a majestic fireplace that will warm up your winter evenings. It also gives you access to the terrace with the unique view of the Olympic track of Bellevarde. You will also discover a family kitchen as well as the chef’s kitchen.

On the 2nd floor you will find an area dedicated to your well-being, with heated indoor pool, raised massage bench with jets, sauna, massage area and relaxation area.

Relax and enjoy the view overlooking the resort of Val d'Isère, and the ski area.
Two sublime master suites complete this floor, one has a balcony with an unforgettable view.

At the lowest level discover the ideal floor for your children. A room with 2 single beds that serves a dormitory composed of 4 single beds both bathed in light thanks to its well. To ending you can enjoy a home cinema room.

Finally, you have two reserved covered car park spaces located 300m from the chalet. You can still unload your belongings at the door of the cottage.

The chalet offers an extraordinary experience in the heart of the altitude resort of Val d'Isère.
It is in a privileged location in the exclusive enclave of the Carats, dominating the resort. Just 10 meters from the slopes, its exclusive location offers ski-to-door access with incredible views of the valley of the sources of the Isère and the peaks of the border with Italy. In addition, it is only a few minutes’ walk from the center of the resort. Or directly ski-to-door on "la Face " slope.

Cancellation condition related to Covid-19:

*The agency is committed for French and European residents, to repay your rental in case of total confinement OR travel ban making it impossible for you to come to the rental following French government directives.

*We offer an optional ADAR insurance, which repay your rental in case of illness contracted by one or more participants in the stay. The contact case is also considered. Proof will be requested (e.g., PCR test).
